We establish our information security policy as follows:

We, MINKABU THE INFOMOID, Inc. and our consolidated subsidiaries (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”), strive to protect our information assets and those entrusted to us by customers from threats such as accidents, disasters, and crimes, and to earn the trust of our customers and society. Based on the following policy, we work on information security throughout the company.

  1. Management Responsibility The Company, under the leadership of management, will systematically and continuously strive for the improvement and enhancement of information security.
  2. Establishment of Internal System The Company establishes an organization and sets up measures for information security as formal internal regulations to maintain and improve information security.
  3. Efforts of Officers and Employees Officers and employees of the Company acquire the necessary knowledge and skills for information security and ensure a firm commitment to information security.
  4. Compliance with Laws and Contractual Requirements The Company complies with laws, regulations, standards, and contractual obligations related to information security and meets customer expectations.
  5. Response to Violations and Incidents The Company promptly handles violations of laws and contracts and incidents related to information security, and strives for prevention of recurrence.
  6. Continuous Improvement The Company regularly evaluates the effectiveness of the information security management system and reviews the assessment of information assets to achieve improvement.
