contents collaboration with the Nikkei Online Edition operated by Nikkei Inc., (Tsuyoshi Hasebe,
President; hereinafter “Nikkei”) .

Kabutan is a stock information media for wise investors for their wise decisions with over 4
million users per month. In addition to stock information and financial results of listed
companies, Kabutan provides various types of ranking/list of stocks as well as thematic
investment information on its sites titled “Kabuka Chuihou (Stock Price Alert)” and “Meigara
Tanken (Stock Search)”. In June 2021, Kabutan started to cover US stock information, and since
November 2021 an joint effort with Nikkei to enhance recognition of paid service named
“Kabutan Premium” has continued.

collaboration, the popular Kabutan contents such as a list of companies in Japan with recordhigh

attention from chart analysis etc., are to be available in the Nikkei Online Edition. Also, thematic
investment information including ranking of themas which come into spotlight in Japanese
and/or US stock market is shown there.

Moreover, US stock page, which the Nikkei Online Edition started distribution, collaborates
Kabutan contents. It started to deploy links to company disclosure information in Kabutan and
show US stock thematic investment information which originally provided by Kabutan.

them from the Nikkei Online Edition.
